Jodi Plett, Principal and Founder
Jodi Plett serves as Principal and Founder of Elite EA’s, LLC and brings to Elite EA’s more than 12 years of experience providing high level support to senior executives. Prior to founding Elite EA’s, Ms. Plett simultaneously served as the Executive Assistant to multiple C-Suite executives [the CEO, COO, and CFO] of a 3,000 employee healthcare organization with facilities in seven states. She was originally hired as the Executive Assistant for the organization’s Divisional President who was located remotely from headquarters and was then given the additional responsibilities for the company’s senior executive leadership.
Her earlier experience included assisting the leadership team of a major real estate investment firm, which had $37 million in revenue, approximately $285 million in assets, and over 2.4 million square feet under management at the height of their success. During her tenure at the real estate investment firm, Ms. Plett was part of a team that guided the organizational infrastructure development and growth. By earning Microsoft certifications in various aspects of IT systems, she enabled her company to reduce IT consulting fees by maintaining network systems as part of her administrative role, thereby contributing significantly to her employer’s cost savings efforts.
Ms. Plett’s skill set ranges from managing executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements to coordinating and overseeing corporate events, including executive business retreats and various staff affairs. She has been responsible for compiling and tracking monthly financial reports for owners and executives, preparing client contracts, and maintaining personal confidential files and correspondence for employers. Plett has an exemplary record of performance of overseeing complex projects through to completion on time and with positive results.
